Despite the administrator could ask any price , even including all expenses involved by using airconditioning, în order to show on booking.com a total price for booking , she tried to get from us in the evening of our arrival an additional price to unlock, with key, the airconditioning unit. This additional cost never presented before or at the moment of booking, we redused to pay because it was abusive. Only after 30 minute of talking , when the administrator realized she coud not fool us, she admited sadly to unlock the airconditioning unit. We never experienced such an emberesing and tricky attitude before, in more than 10 years of using booking.com." ~Mihaela
