Cons: The yard is neat and nicely arranged, but the owner has forbidden smoking in the front part of the yard where there are tables and umbrellas. Outside? He sent me to the back of the yard near the parking lot and the barrels with water...it's a bit unpleasant and humiliating, so if you're a smoker, avoid this place.
