"Pros: Location is really good, clean room, kitchen and bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Covered parking in the back yard. Cons: The yard is neat and nicely arranged, but the owner has forbidden smoking in the front part of the yard where there are tables and umbrellas. Outside? He sent me to the back of the yard near the parking lot and the barrels with water...it's a bit unpleasant and humiliating, so if you're a smoker, avoid this place. There is no soundproofing between the rooms, so you can hear everything, from the flushing of the toilet to the conversation in the next room. Very poor internet quality ..." ~Milutin
