"Pros: Great stay—the apartment furniture/vibe is a bit dated, but it was clean, felt quite spacious, had a great air-conditioner, reliable WiFi, all the kitchen amenities, etc. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The building was also safe and secure, and the owner had a safe, secure spot to store my bicycle as well. The owner himself deserves a special mention in this review. His welcome was just memorably warm in a simple way. He has a kind smile and demeanor, helped me carry my bicycle bags inside, and was available and responsive to help me check out early. "Pros: Perfect location with easy parking and a responsive host. The rental process was effortless from the start. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with most of the essentials. It was great that every room was air-conditioned, and the automated blinds worked perfectly. Nights were quiet, and the town centre was right on the doorstep. The host kindly provided a cot and feeding chair, making it ideal for a short family stay. We are coming to the area frequently and this will be my default choice if available. Cons: Just a few small bits: the kitchen could be equipped a bit more thoughtfully, such as including induction compatible pans for the induction hob and a few basic items like a sieve. The Wi-Fi was also fairly slow and occasionally unreliable. These were minor issues though and didn’t take away from an otherwise very comfortable stay. One opportunity for improvement would be adding a safety gate at the top of the stairs, which would make the apartment significantly safer for families with small children or toddlers." ~Jay
