The hotel's Asian-inspired design created a unique and soothing atmosphere, enhancing the overall vibe. Additionally, the food was delicious, meeting our expectations in both quality and taste. We left with great memories and would gladly return!
Cons: While the hotel's atmosphere was enjoyable, an unexpected disturbance significantly affected our experience. After 10 PM, a loud 'room party' took place upstairs, making it difficult to relax. When I contacted reception, the staff casually acknowledged the situation and were aware of it but took an hour to resolve it, which felt quite unprofessional. This lack of swift action made the situation frustrating and diminished the overall comfort of our stay"
