"Pros: The view, the location, the equipment in the apartment.
Cons: We expected the hot tub and sauna and the wooden terrace furniture for laying, and the barbecue…and all the other things that are advertised in the Booking page, that is why we agreed on such extremely high price so naturally we ware very disappointed when we found out that than not only that all apartments don’t have it each but there is only one for all the apartments, and it isn’t working in summer at all.
False advertising like that should be forbidden, it should be forbidden to advertise something that isn’t there and then say it is written somewhere in small letters, nobody wants to or has the time to read all the small letters, we want to get what you advertise on your pictures, if it isn’t there don’t put it on your page.
Also when the weather is bad the winds are blowing so hard you can’t be on the terrace and even the furniture was tied to the fence, the pillows of the terrace furniture were totally wet so we couldn’t use it, and there are millions of some sort of green bugs everywhere.
The carpet was dirty in the apartment, and the whole building isn’t cleaned as it really should be for that price."

"Pros: Everything! Location is top, room so clean, and big enough for 4 people plus two cats, the host, Gabriella are Barbara, are incredibly nice and kind. Lastly we can also use a private beach where we spent our time on the beach everyday until the last minute.
Cons: Nothing at all."
