"Pros: Great location, there is a small pier at the end of the street for a quick swim and the public beach with restaurants and bars are only a 10 minutes walk away, as well as the train station. The house is big, 10 people can comfortably fit in. It was a perfect summerhouse for a family reunion vacation. The facilities are good, bathrooms on both floors, a place for bonfire in the garden and even a grill. The house is a really good value for money, if you are looking for a luxury mansion it would probably not be for you but it fit our expectations perfectly for a family holiday at the Balaton lake. Cons: The keys had to be picked up from and delivered back to a nearby town, which could have been a little inconvenient (about 15-20 minutes by train) but since some family members had cars it was not an issue at all for us. Not all the rooms has storages/cabinets, that could have helped to be more comfortable." ~Tamas
