"Pros: Great size terrace, with gas BBQ and table with comfy chairs. Swimming pool and jakuzzi for min 4 people. Good-sized double rooms, and great living room. Whole apartment was like brand new. "Pros: The cleaner was very apologetic about the delay due to previous visitors, completely understandable the poor lady had a big job to do. The air conditioning worked a treat. Location is convenient for shops ect. Cons: Was delayed into the property, causing family members to be sat waiting in baking heat and food sat with them, no kettle, coffee machine was missing parts so unuseable had to boil water in a pan for tea coffee ect. One tv in the whole property, so literally one guest had tv, all previous waste bags left outside front, so wasps everywhere all day,plus not a nice sight or smell. Doors upstairs in the two only rooms were glass so no privicy at all. The walkway to the jetty was unstable and overgrown so family members chose not to even walk down for obvious safety reasons, THERE IS NO BOAT WITH THE PROPERTY. the boat pictured belongs to the neighbour as its tied to his decking!? So that was a huge disappointment/false advert. There was a 2m gap in the reeds to fish into, so if you're thinking of fishing, then no chance! We spent hours in the lake pushing back the reeds just so i could fish 5m infront! Fishing was the whole reason i booked this place and no boat or access to lake after buying rights to do both. Complete waste of 4 days. I would say "at least it was cheap for the area" but i may as well of stayed in the town away from the lake for much less and had the same or better facilties. I hate leaving bad feedback, but this was a serious disappointment even at out of season rates. Oh and i forgot to mention the trains that shake the house every hour or so since the track it literally at the front door! Not joking look on google maps its about 30 yards from the front door! honestly, we are usually the easiest guests but this one iced the cake. The owner never replied to questions once into the property but was keen for feedback once left. No interest in customer satisfaction, just feedback for the next poor sods. Would be an ideal party house. Being a business owner, i think customer satisfaction is key, spending money to make money, and customer satisfaction will help succeed.
