"Pros: Ann is an amazing human being. She made special halal food for us. The Chef was excellent. We were next to the beach. I really enjoyed the hotel hospitality. Lovely people. This hotel also allowed pets which is a great thing to do. The hotel staff dropped off our luggage at the ferry terminal even. I would say that their customer service is outstanding. Cons: Although the rooms aren’t spacious as other hotels but they are understanding and store your luggage. We were mostly out site-seeing." ~Shahzada

"Pros: nice view and friendly atmosphere. The place was clean, and the resort is right outside the beach. We had a wonderful experience there. Will go back next time we go to Hong Kong. Cons: Some of the amenities such as the pool was not open unfortunately. The food could be better." ~Josephine
