"Pros: The location and the bed quality. Cons: My bathroom was flooded and they couldn’t do anything about it due to me arriving during the night (delayed flight). In the morning, there was a pool of water. I couldn’t really use the bathroom facilities properly due to all the water. I had spoken to several people about this issue, but only when my local friend talked to them that morning did they make the situation right by offering a partial refund (money to help pay for a taxi)." ~Elizabeth
