This is to help facilitate a faster check-in process. === Guests who are checking in from 14:00 - 18:00 will need to pre-pay 20% of the room charge. Guests who are booking more than 1 room will need to pre-pay the first night's charge and 10% of the remaining charge. This pre-payment is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 3 days before arrival. The hotel will contact guests directly with payment instructions. === If guest books 3 rooms or above, different policy may apply - the charge of first room night is non-refundable and will be first charged.
