"Pros: Concierge are great. Food and beverages manager was cool and fun to chat with. The club lounge and staff were great. Cons: Lifts.. though after someone explained they are doing a refurbishment we understood. The Chinese restaurant was disappointing, took 3choices of wine to actually get a bottle and by the time it arrived we had almost finished eating . Spoilt my birthday celebrations. We had 2 leaks and had to request a new room. Once in the new room we had to call an engineer as the blinds were broken. Mixed feelings on the hotel. Pool was good though access is a health and safety issue. Tired fixtures and fittings in places. Some great staff." ~Donna
