"Pros: The room is spacious and the view is great ! The room service staff is very hospitable. I forgot a small package of snack in the fridge they even emailed me about , their work is felt with care. Cons: The bed ( twin room ones) is too soft . It didn’t bounce back when I press in the middle of the mattress …leaves sort of a puddle in the middle . The pillow is a bit too thin. Anyway I think the bedding is not that good as a 5 star hotel ." ~Qiong
