"Pros: Awesome place to stay, what a beautiful hotel/lodge, lovely pool and ever so clean. Loved it! Great shuttle service, kind drivers Cons: It’s very unclear that the location is already on park grounds. So you need a park ticket to be able to go to the lodge/hostal. You can enter the park with that same ticket but beware! For every day you want to visit the park, you need to buy a new park ticket. If you have an sunset or sunrise ticket, you can enter with that ticket for that amount of time and you need to book a guide, since you need one, cause part of it is in the dark. . If you want to stay longer or go again later, you need to buy another ticket for the park itself. It’s totally unclear which route the guide takes and I thought my sunrise ticket was a waist of money. Not because it was foggy and stayed that way, that can happen, but the guide took a very uninteresting way back. The staff of the restaurant is not capable of speaking one word of English. I would train them in calm hours. They gossip and they were sometimes unkind. One day the girl spilled half of my cup of teawater and I asked if she could fill it. She did, with cold water. I loved everything about this hotel, except for the staff and how unclear it is what is included and what not." ~Annemarie
