"Pros: Very friendly and helpful stuff! Even though they didn't speak much English, they tried very hard. We were able to get our clothes washed there. They offered us to book two places on the bus shuttle to the airport. Good location and comfortable beds. Cons: There was only cold water in the shower. We were not able to pay by card even though we specifically asked about it in advance (and we got the confirmation, that it IS possible). In the end they tried to find solution and we managed to pay by PayPal. But we had to pay more, because we had to pay in USD. When we arrived in the evening there was sand and small stones on the bedsheet, so we complained about it and we got a different clean room. What shocked us - there were no windows, only mosquito nets. Luckily that area was not that noisy, but still it wasnt that quiet and we were concerned about insect in the room, which luckily did not get in." ~Leona
