"Pros: Good location. Fabulous lake view. Next to a pontoon with water taxis. Delicious breakfast. Stored my luggage. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Liked getting a blanket which was needed at night. Good hot shower. Cons: The bunk beds were low so couldn’t sit up in lower bunk. Air con not in until 7pm and off again at 8am. No big lockers. Squeaky door was annoying when people were in and out leaving at 4.30 am onwards for Tikal. No shelf or bedside light. Wifi patchy in dorm. Would have liked a kitchen or communal fridge." ~Michelle
