"Pros: Amazing level of attention. The owner was writing me via WhatsApp asking if everything was up to my satisfaction. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate your entry requests. All is clean, they provide you with tons of little things ie air plugs although it was pretty quiet as the staff watches their quiet hours policy. Even@/c were quiet and efficient. Can highly recommend Cons: No windows to outside. It's kind of in the pictures so nothing to complain about. The windows face inside lobby which is decorated well and lit well with natural light so overall we did not feel trapped in the room as we would in a windowless situation" ~Elina
