Kids Pool is closed from Fri 23 Feb 2024 until Tue 30 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a transfer service to and from Guam International Airport for USD $60 per car each way (maximum 4 people per car). Children under 11 years old who do not require an extra bed can stay free of charge. Temporary Announcement: We will be conducting scheduled maintenance for our Beach Access and Seawall. During the maintenance period, our Family Pool, Pool Slides, Kids Club as well as access to the beach will be close. This maintenance is expected by be finished at the end of April 2024.
