"Pros: This property is a superb one, with lots of amenities and space. It is situated close to the sea, maybe 400 m distance. The air condition works very well in the two sleeping rooms. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The terrace is great with a splendid view on to the town and the sea. Before arrival, we have received a lot of information by the owner, which was very helpful. Furthermore, the owner had someone picking us up from the airport and bringing us back, which saved us a lot of time and was very useful as well! Overall, in terms of value for money, this is a place hardly to be reached by any other! Cons: The property is right in front of a small group of trees with a lot of crickets sitting in them. That means it gets rather loud in the evening. However, this is nothing the owner could do smething about." ~Fabian

"Pros: Lovely view. Comfy accommodation. Nice to have the pool. Welcome cakes! Good base to explore. Marion a friendly and helpful concierge. Our favourite Grand Terre places Anse Labord (but be careful with currents - fun for adults, a bit scary with kids?), Anse des Grand Salines (combine with walk around Pointe des Chateaux and see "La Douch" (where waves crash on rocks) both beautiful beaches. Cons: Sainte Anne, surprisingly, has very few nice restaurants. Much more choice in St Francois but we mostly cooked at the property, so not a problem." ~Steven
