"Pros: A whole house at our disposal, with a great créole garden, jacuzzi and access to the owners' pool. Lamentin is probably not the most beautiful place on the island but it's well located to visit around. The house offers more than you can need, the bed is super comfortable and the big asset are Henri and Anita, the very welcoming hosts:ask them for advise, they will be very happy to tell you what to do on the island. Get to know them, they are really very nice people.
The house is really worth what you will pay for.
And don't forget to feed Caroline, the turtle!

"Pros: Very private villa with beautiful views, much roomier than the photos show. Little kitchen area perfect for cooking. Fairly central location for exploring both halves of Guadeloupe. Souad and Jean Paul were such great hosts and always available by whatsapp if we needed help with anything or discovering local activities (which can be hard to do in Guadeloupe if you don't speak French like us).
Cons: The couch is a little uncomfortable to lie on lol, but with so much else to do you won't be spending time on the couch! That's literally the only bad thing I could think of."
