"Pros: We arrived by taxi and could not get access to the property. No code given, key box hanging open and empty. Property run down and neglected, no answer to phone calls or messages. We had to find a hotel to stay for the night. Cons: We were charged 103 euros for the booking and paid another 193 euros for a hotel room at short notice plus an extra taxi fee. Our taxi driver was great and also tried to contact the property . We spoke to neighbours and they tried to help. Key box hanging open, no answer to calls or messages. This was a run down property and we wonder how it can even be advertised on Booking.com." ~Susan

"Pros: Apartment was clean with working appliances and WIFI. Neighborhood seemed safe and there was a supermarket and a few places to eat, very close by. Cons: Only thing which should have been noted, and which was not noted at the time of booking, was that the apartment was on a second floor walk up. Also, despite given directions; it was difficult for my taxi to locate the place" ~Fidelia
