"Pros: Nice clean quite large apartment very close to the beach, everything nearly new, about a year old to be exact. The balcony is large and has nice furniture. There is a washing machine which is good for longer stays and the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher that we didn't use. The bed is ok soft and comfortable. Everything you need for the beach is there, deckchairs & wind breaker. There is also a vacuum cleaner. We were a family of 3 and we were happy with the apartment, 1 bed and a sofa in the living room. Cons: As it is an ongoing building project, we were woken many mornings by building work usually from about 7. We were lucky for 4 days of our stay as our neighbours were quiet, but the last 3 we had a family with very young children who were quite noisy late and early, the walls are quite thin. The balcony is overlooked by the opposite building so not much privacy. The hob was a bit difficult to operate. note: keep your finger on the lock button for 4 seconds to unlock, but tbh these are minor issues as all the good outweighed the bad." ~Steve

"Pros: Rather quiet place, literally 5 minutes from the beach. The facilities are new and clean. Dedicated parking place. Cons: - The oven is placed above the fridge, so it's a bit not comfy to operate with cooked hot dishes. - A bit of the noise in the morning may happen from the building works from the other side of the building, but not much bothering." ~Dmitry
