"Pros: Security was present 24 hours. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The AC did not work when I arrived, so security immediately moved me to another apartment. The apartment is located down the street from the college and many restaurants and bars. Cons: The apartments are not new and are dated. The Cool Runnings apartments are an excellent value. If you are looking for luxury, then this place may not by ideal. If you are looking for clean, secure and great location on a budget, then Cool Runnings is more than perfect." ~Richard
