"Pros: Ruassi Studios is perfectly located in the area of Ammoudi. The building is surrounded by a lovely garden, full of olive trees and flowers, where you can enjoy some nature and silence. If you come by car (which is recommended), you can park it in the back of the garden.
There is a nice beach with clean water only 3 minutes walking from the house, a lot of good restaurants and shops!
The owner was super sweet and available for anything.
This is a good choice if you plan on staying out for the whole day, as the house is ideal only for sleeping and relaxing a bit. Good solution for couples.
We enjoyed our stay there, very much recommended!! :)
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small, but overall good. Maybe a bit more kitchen utensils would be nice!"
