"Pros: The kids loved the waterpark and the all inclusive food! They couldn’t believe you could get snacks and ice creams during the day. The staff were all lovely and loved to create a fun environment. They also managed to get us into our room early which we were so grateful for.
Cons: The rooms were ok. Not very comfortable and towels were stained. Sometimes the public bathrooms were quite smelly and didn’t have toilet paper.
The food was fine - what you expect from an all inclusive restaurant. We booked in for the alacarte restaurants but had to wait until quite late for the booking."

"Pros: Everything. Great location, beautiful pool and gardens, fantastic bar snacks, reasonably priced. Staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you - they certainly go above and beyond. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Great showers. Equipped with toaster, kettle and microwave. Beautiful place to chill out and relax.
