"Pros: Perfect location. The most beautiful view I've ever seen till now. Huge domain, with nice exterior pool and barbecue area where you eat, rest and do lots of activities.
Big parking lot at the entrance at the villa.
Supermarket and tavern very close, walking distance.
Cons: The villa has 3 big rooms, one with its own bathroom, two with a bathroom between them, and the fourth one is a very small room with just an extendable sofa in it. There is a small toilet on the hallway near the living room. The fifth room with its own bathroom it' near the villa, but it only has a bed and a tv, no dressing or closet or something to put your clothes or stuff.
1.The biggest problem with the villa and this additional room is that the doors have just ONE key and no handle on the exterior. If you forget the key inside and shut the door you are blocked. It happed 3 times in one week and we had to call the contact guy (Stelios, who was very prompt and helped us)
2. The second important problem is the air conditioning, all rooms have very old machines. The small room in the villa has but it doesn't work.
3. Very slow wifi
4. Problems with the garbage, just one recycle bin, but Stelios helped us when it was full.
5. The furniture is getting a little old and used (the entire villa and the barbecue area)
6. The gates at the entrance of the yard are rusty and old, the electrical system is dead for years
7. The small beach and the crystal waters that you see from the yard of the villa are not accesibile with a stair or some road. You can reach them by using a pathway from a tavern nearbe, but it' a bit far and tricky.
8. The big glass doors from the living were blocked. Some other clients broke them and no repair till our arrival."
