"Pros: We had a pleasant stay and were warmly welcomed by Elena, who was very kind and gave us great tips to explore the island. As for the accommodation, it’s fair for the price, but definitely quite dated, with many small details that could be improved. The upstairs toilet was almost unusable — it leaked and couldn’t even flush a piece of toilet paper (though we understand this can be a common issue on many Greek islands). The mattress upstairs was very old and way too soft, while the downstairs room was quite cold and damp. Also, when renting a holiday home, it would be appreciated to find just a few basic kitchen essentials like salt, oil, or napkins — small things that could be passed on from guest to guest. On the positive side, the house is located in a very quiet area of the island and has a lovely little terrace to relax on." ~Stefano
