"Pros: Friendliness of staff. My son accidently left his passport in the room safe. He didn't realize his mistake until the next day, after we had left the island. One phone call to management, and Didi came to our rescue. She retrieved the passport and sent it by courier the next day to family on the mainland. Without her assistance, we would have had to drastically change plans for the remainder of the trip. Very, very appreciative. Thank you Plaza Hotel for a wonderful experience." ~Peter
