"Pros: My family and I have been staying at Villa Ducato di Zante for a week out of our two-week vacation, and I can confidently say that this villa is absolutely fantastic. The location is incredible, just a few meters from the sea, allowing you to go from the pool to the sea in seconds. The villa is situated in a very calm, tranquil, and quiet part of the island, and the sea below is crystal clear. Everything is extremely new and modern, with high-quality finishes. The kitchen is very well-equipped, perfect for preparing any kind of meal. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, all with brand new beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, plus there is an additional service bathroom. The pool is beautiful and modern, and there is also a barbecue for outdoor evenings. The lawn adds a touch of green that makes the environment even more welcoming. Among the provided appliances, there are also a washer and a dryer, which are very convenient. Additionally, there is a 250 Mbps broadband connection, ensuring fast and reliable internet access. The villa includes a daily cleaning service, which is extremely thorough. Upon arrival, we found the fridge already stocked with water and numerous other essential items, which was a very pleasant surprise. A special mention goes to the host, Vasso, who is always incredibly attentive to the guests' needs. She is very kind and has brought us breakfast numerous times, always being fully available for anything we might need. My two children aged 7 and 10 absolutely loved this villa as well.
