"Pros: to be completely honest I would say that the house deserves a rating of 8/9 BUT!!! fantastic owner - even though we didn't meet in person we had constant contact via whatsup (flexible check-in and check-out, answer to any questions in a moment and constant concern if we need anything) such an approach of the owner really does the job, that's why with a clear conscience I rate our stay at 10! cleaning every four days plus changing towels (we were there for 2 weeks so it's a great plus). spacious house for a large family or group of friends. in front of the house a terrace where you can sit in the evening. the house is located a bit further from the center but for us it was a plus - rather quiet area and to the beach 15 minutes walk. two good restaurants 50 and 200 meters away. similarly with markets - easily accessible on foot (the nearest 3 minutes walk). I recommend to everyone!!! Cons: a busy street right in front of the house, which makes it a bit difficult to get in and out of the property with your car (which is why it can be a bit noisy in the evening too). the kitchen and its equipment could be newer (but what is there is also ok) - this is more of a comment on what could be improved to get all 10s in the ratings ;)" ~Marcin

"Pros: Quiet area, market/coffee shop/restaurants nearby. The room was clean, our sheets and towels were replaced once every two days. Functional AC+a ceiling fan that we definitely needed. 15 mins away from the beach, but the beach closes at 8pm, because of the turtles. So if you want to chill on the beach after a long day of traveling, you can't there. You need to go on the east or west side of the island. We arrived earlier so Katerina was very nice and gave us the room earlier than check in time. We are thankful about that. Totally recommend this place!" ~Anca

"Pros: cannot fault anything, after a cancellation to Athens found ourselves hopping to Zante, silver lining, great welcome by all at hotel, really lovely, if you want noise and party go elsewhere and leave this beautiful place to people who want a relaxing time, thanks to all at hotel.
