"Pros: Very pretty courtyard and breakfast area with incredible views. The staff were wonderful, especially Nadia, but the best thing about this hotel was the food - it was absolutely exquisite. The breakfast is phenomenal. We also had dinner there and it was sensational but unbelievably expensive. Cons: The room and facilities weren’t of the standard we’d expect for the price we paid. It was very, very small with a totally pointless upstairs area that wasn’t necessary at all and would’ve been better left as a high ceiling. Basic amenities you’d expect for a hotel this expensive were missing - like a bin, a working fridge with freezer (it was a mini fridge that wasn’t cold) and coffee making facilities. I assumed like most hotels that it’d have a balcony but there was none, so I had to smoke in the public dining area which wasn’t ideal. The sunbeds were very cramped so very little privacy." ~Lara
