"Pros: We had a great time at grecotel Casa Marron! The all inclusive is really worth it, the food is great with a lot of variety for all the meals. The beach is great! Water super clean. They offer towels and sunbeds. the staff was lovely in general. The room was okay, nothing fancy but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Be sure to pack your spray or whatever for the mosquitos because they can be a pain. Cons: - Although the room was clean, the decor was a bit poor and the bathroom super small. Furthermore, I have stayed in other grecotels around Greece and for the 1st time they didn’t have conditioner for the hair, body lotion.. there was absolutely no offer of complimentary toiletries!! make sure you bring your own! Very disappointing as nowadays the smallest hotel would be sure to provide something and even worse, Grecohotel has its own line of beauty products. - the phone in our room didn’t work. We let the staff know 3 times and nothing was done. In a case of emergency those phones are very important, so I don’t think it should have been ignored by the staff. - no offer of freshly squeezed orange juice juice for breakfast. Again for a 4 star hotel sounds very disappointing. - the front desk manager, Im not sure of his position but he was definitely the one in charge during our stay was a bit rude: the day before our departure we expressed to the front desk we would like to purchase an extra night. They told us they werent sure if there was availability and that they would call us as soon as possible. Even though we went back to the front desk another 2 times to find out what was the state of the situation the gentleman spoke in a way he was doing us a favor, a bit rudely- that he would let us know.
