"Pros: Perfect! The villa is nice and clean, beautiful backyard. They have everything you need, including things like hair straightener, small shaving kit, first aid, a lot of kitchen appliances. There was ac in every room, the pool was big and clean, wifi was working fast, outdoor kitchen is so nice. The hosts were extremely kind, they made sure everything was ok. "Pros: The property was super impressive and beyond what we expected, we were greeted on arrival and shown around the villa as well as all the features of the villa and information to help us with are stay, first impressions we were overwhelmed by the place. We were told we could call or message the customer service team anytime and reminded that they would be on hand to answer any questions, fix any issues and even do things like book excursions or even boat or car rental, nothing was too much trouble and the team were amazing. "Pros: Superbly restored traditional house. I could live there for the rest of my life. Very quiet, discrete area off the main road ideal in my opinion as a base to explore the surrounding villages and not far from the sea or Chania. The style and attention to detail in my opinion is exceptional as while traditional there are plenty of stylish twists. The owner Yiannis was fantastic in every aspect of hospitality. Cons: Nothing really. I think adding facilities such as dishwashers or washing machine in the property will ruin its character inside. Away from the village which is probably a blessing as it is nice and quiet in the house" ~Nikolaos
