"Pros: Unit was perfect for our needs. We absolutely loved it. It was spacious and felt like a high end condo. Overlooked a park and the ocean beyond. Park view was great, ocean view was a bit obscured by trees, but not bad. Location was quiet at night, busy during the day. Patio was excellent. Primary bedroom was on ocean side, had huge arcadia door. Location felt safe, although Greece has lots of graffiti everywhere, so didn't like that. Aircon worked great, and cool sea breezes made the aircon not needed much of the time. We cooked a full dinner for six and the kitchen worked great, but was tight for more than one person. Supplies were adequate and our friends were impressed with the unit. Parking was a block away, and by the parking garage was a wonderful bakery, Veneti, that we came to love for pretty much everything they had. One note on parking....rules were weird and arbitrary when parking for overnight. Best option we found was to stop the car, get a card from the desk, have them open the gate, then park. We believe that gave us in and out privileges at half the cost of taking a ticket from the machine. Our Greek was nonexistent, and their English wasn't completely fluent, so we never understood how to get the cheaper rate and had to argue it every time. Check and see what you can find. Don't park in the spaces across the street from the unit unless you pay. They routinely checked and ticketed. It might be free after 9pm, we couldn't be sure, so didn't park there at all. The area has lots of restaurants all over, and they were generally good. Grocery stores and fruit stands were wonderful.
Cons: The bedroom opposite the primary suite had a bad bed....please check it out and fix it. The other beds were great, but that one apparently had a huge sag in it."
