"Pros: The flat is at two levels. Very nicely decorated in a modern style befitting the building architecture which is also very modern. Upstairs you have two bedrooms and one bathroom. Downstairs you have one bathroom plus a kitchen and a sitting area. Balconies on both sides; the view is urban but it helps to be on the 4th floor as you "look down" on the city. All the facilities are great; the house is well maintained, the beds comfy, the water hot and with pressure. From that location you walk straight down for 10 minutes and you are in the middle of St. Constantine's waterfront, 5 more minutes and you are by the restaurants and bars. All in all a great place to stay! Cons: I would recommend to the owners to place a divider in front of the first bedroom (the one with the en-suite) to give it privacy. As things stand whoever is at the 2nd bedroom needs to use the bathroom downstairs and therefore pass in front of the 1st bedroom which is completely open. A curtain or a folding door would do the trick and make the two bedrooms truly independent. Right now it is a bit awkward to have two couples staying and that is a pity as the place is really great." ~Nikos

"Pros: Our family of four, including two children aged 10 and 5, had an exceptional experience staying at this property. The apartment provided all the amenities we could hope for at a reasonable price, including the particularly useful addition of a washing machine. The landlords were incredibly supportive and provided valuable recommendations for places to visit in the area, which greatly enriched our experience. The lady landlord added personal touches that made the space feel like a true home away from home. Our children were particularly enamored with the place and its gadgets, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We did encounter a minor incident where a piece of furniture required repair. The landlords handled it promptly and told us not to worry, demonstrating their commitment to exceptional service. The apartment was stylishly arranged and in impeccable condition. Parking was readily available, making that aspect of our stay hassle-free.
