The waters at the beach, shallow and warm, are safe and clean to swim in and the setting is idyllic for children. For those feeling a bit more adventurous, the beach also has a water sports hut. The beautiful town of Nafplion, the first capital of Greece, is only 10 km away and is a wonderful place to visit with its small Venetian streets, tavernas, Palamidi Castle and port. Kalamata Airport is 140 km away from the accommodation, easy access by car, bus, taxi and car rental.
