He and his wife were both a delight and a true highlight of our trip. The extra attention in making us comfortable was above and beyond. Quick access to WiFi. "Pros: We had a short (7 hour) overnight layover in Athens but really needed to shower and get a little sleep. I was worried about finding something at midnight but Valhalla had availability and it was nearby. I submitted the booking request and got a response from Emmanouela just moments later. She provided check-in instructions and pictures to help us find the room. Before we arrived, Emmanouela had also booked a cab to take us back to the airport. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the night. Toiletries were provided, the bed was the most comfortable one I slept on during my 12 day trip, and it was very quiet. We had coffee for the morning and some pastries, which were a really nice touch. I absolutely recommend Valhalla if you need a place to stay before flying out of Athens. It was a great value and the proprietor gets an A+ for excellent service! Cons: No complaints at all." ~Pennington
