"Pros: Maria was a very friendly, welcoming and responsive host and quickly responded to messages even if they were late at night. Bed was very comfy. Location was good if you needing a nights stay before flying or after arriving late at night or in the early hours of the morning. But for getting back into Athens central you need to walk to the bus stop and then take the metro. Taking about an hours total. A few shops and cafes to walk to for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you do not want to go back into Athens. Just for 20 euros you can make the most of Maria's transfer services to pick you up or drop you off at the airport or she can organise a transfer/taxi for you. And can pay by card or cash. Cons: Discovered a couple of cockroaches in the morning unfortunately. And had to hold the shower hose." ~Danielle
