"Pros: We were very pleased to find a homemade cake as well as cookies on the counter in addition to the fridge stocked with water, bread, butter, cheese and ham to make toast. The owner lives on the second floor and was very kind. She even shared her homemade cheese pies with us and provided baking instructions. She was a sweetheart. Cons: The air condition units were not installed in each bedroom. We understand that time didn't permit the installation before our stay, but it was quite hot in Sparti during our stay. We were happy to have fans in the bedroom and the ability to open the windows at night for some reprieve from the heat." ~Irene
