"Pros: - the modern look, it seamed recently opened
- the parking lot - that's a real luxury in a competitive real estate setting such as crowded estival settlements
- the staff - mainly the verry friendly and ever present at the pool bar, Dimitri, a charming presence, discrete and always helpful.
- the breakfast was decent, - a small but consistent boufet at the pool bar area.
- the room was spacious enough, with large nice bathroom, the AC and all the other amenities worked well.
- the beds and pillows were decent, with mattresses a bit on the hard side but that was fine by me.
- the pool was small but appealing, clean and properly mentained - I enjoyed it very much. Also, there were sufficient lounges and parasols by the pool - not in great demand, as you can imagine, beeing at the seaside, but the important thing is that the facility was there, just in case of unfavourable beach going conditions.
Cons: - the wi-fi and the internet connection were sometimes defecient.
- although recently opened, It seamed the building maybe have been a bit too long in the construction phase as there was an evident gap (of both period and quality) between some finishings and others and some musty smell in the room (situated on the ground level and poolside)
- the addition of some inexpensive insect screens at the deck windows would be more than welcome."
