"Pros: We arrived around 11 AM and had booked a family room even though we were just two people. We were warmly welcomed and allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time, thanks to the cleaning lady who made an extra effort to prepare the room for us. Harris was extremely kind and helpful from the beginning until the end of our stay. He responded very quickly to all our messages and requests through the Booking app. The location offers three parking spots in front of the building, but there is also a larger parking area nearby. It’s very close to the center of the resort, which was super convenient. The room looked exactly like in the pictures—spacious, clean, and with enough storage space for luggage and personal items. The terrace was very generous in size, perfect for having meals or drying clothes. The cleaning lady came every day to take out the trash and replenish toiletries. After two days, she also changed the bed linen and towels, which we really appreciated. The only things we missed were an iron and some newer cutlery. The ones in the drawer had some rust marks and could use an update. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this place!" ~Oana
