"Pros: First and foremost, the level of service at Nefeles is out of this world. Very personalized from the moment you are met at the taxi to drag your suitcases up the many stairs. So knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and even slightly sarcastic in humour, I can appreciate that. It felt like friends making me feel home. The view is amazing. The breakfast is fantastic. The room so dreamy and unique. I will definitely be back! Cons: I had a couple of cleanliness issues but they were promptly taken care of and taken seriously." ~Amy
