"Pros: A copy of breakfast options was given to us during check-in and you should fill in/select the items from the list and the time you want the breakfast to be served & return it back at the reception. Whatever we choose was fresh & tasted good. Hot chocolate was not on the list but when I asked they accommodated the request. The host couple are very helpful & friendly with all the information(things to see & do around) clearly explained with the map and also checked us in earlier than the actual check in time. The location was great with amazing views of caldera and the sea away from all the crowd and noise. Liked the complimentary water bottles in the room everyday and the free wifi is good too. Netflix in the room was entertaining. The beds are comfortable and the AC worked well. The shower was good and the bathroom have robes/slippers and all the essential (shower caps, dental kits etc) needed. The room is clean and exactly as seen in the photos. The hotel is just a 5 mins walk to good restaurants and some nice photo spots. They allowed us to leave our luggage /backpacks at the reception after check-out. Cons: The breakfast options are limited and the 2nd day when we asked to replace the bread basket with seasonal fruits we were disappointed with the fruits served (just a few slices of half a pear, kiwi and a few grapes that's it) I expected they would atleast serve croissants. May be I should have asked for it. We stayed in May and the hot tub water temperature is not warm enough for us. If you are bringing big trolley luggage, remember the road that you need to walk (there is no other option) have lots of stairs, steep and uneven and may be slippery too." ~Rajesh
