"Pros: The fact that we could leave directly. Cons: What supposed to be a nice room turned out to be horror. At first glance when you see the pictures you think it is beautiful but in reallife it was dirty and unmaintained. It supposed to be non smoking but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. The bathroom was dirty. The sofas in the living room are unmade beds with dirty stained bedcovers on it. Unusable coffee machine with only 2 QR pads which are impossible to buy. The balcony at the back has huge cracks all around. Looks really unsafe and about to break off so the pictures on Booking must be old or photoshopped. In the bedroom there was cat piss aganist the wall and we found a food wrapper and hairs in the bed. The apartment is in a complex with really noisy locals. Dirty kitchenware, scratched pans, rusty water cooker. We could not stay a day longer and contacted Katerina who is the agent. She did not give any refund. But we saved our holiday by leaving. We could not have met a more unpleasant and unprofessional agent than Katerina. The moment we asked for a refund she tried to blame us for making the apartment dirty. It was mindblowing. We do not wish this apartment on anyone. It was a waiste of money and time." ~Koen
