"Pros: The hotel owner and his wife provided excellent customer service, making our stay even more enjoyable.The view from our room was stunning- we could see the Caldera right from the window. Breakfast was served in our room, which was such a lovely touch. We also visited nearby restaurants, and the owners' even offered free transportation there. One of the most special moments was on my birthday- they surprised me with a cake and wine which was super thoughtful and made the day unforgettable.
