"Pros: Well designed clean room. The unlimited water, coffee and cookies one could take from the reception was great. Cons: A flight of steep steps to climb if you want to take your suitcases from the property to the bus stop to go to Fira Bus station to take another bus from there to the ferry terminal. We had an issue or 2 with the lady at the reception but nothing too serious to write about." ~Naval
