"Pros: The owner was very hospitable, gave us great advise regarding safety/restaurants/activities and places to visit.
Cons: Due to the high we were unable to sleep due to neighbouring shutters banging.
The Air conditioner in the kitchen/living area did not work
Had to run the shower for a while as brown water was running from it.
Lighting fittings looked unsafe in kitchen and stairwell areas.
Shutters would not close in master bedroom, causing lack of privacy & personal security.
No safety chain or double lock on from door for safety reasons.
Shower floor was very slippery and dangerous as the water splashed/leaked onto the floor causing it to be very wet and slippery surface.
Shower head rusty and mildew.
Kitchen sink area rusty.
Kitchen cupboard handles rusty/dirty.
Unable to use safe as it was locked and had no key access.
Blood or red stain on master bedroom door.
No hot water for shower, although we switched on the button as advised by owner.
We’re offered to have an extra night accommodation to be used in next 5 years, but honestly, very unlikely to return to Santorini and would prefer cash refund."
