"Pros: The property had a lack of certain things. Such as a mattress protector, very few utensils and the noise from ventilation system was very loud as it’s right next to the bed. The pain was also flaking at some parts and I believe that in those conditions the price is too high.. having said that, the staff was exceptional and very very helpful and the location was beautiful." ~Agnes

"Pros: The host Annamaria was extremely helpful and provided lots of great information and also set up some fun activities for us. She was always available and very responsive. Cons: Just have to get used to the long steps but that is true for most properties in the cliffs that overlook the caldera" ~Brian

"Pros: The location was unbeatable. We didn't have to walk far to get to the property because it was in the center of Oia. However, it was still very quiet while we were inside, so it was the best of both worlds. Having a 3rd bedroom was also very helpful for our party, rather than having to sleep on a sofa bed. Cons: The water in the hot tub could have been hotter, but this wasn't a big deal. Hot water inside the property was also spotty, but it didn't bother us enough to reach out. I'm sure the property manager would have tried to address it right away." ~Duy
