"Pros: I loved everything about Kokkinos Villas. The breakfast with an amazing view was a highlight on its own. It was a peaceful stay, away from the busy towns like Thira and Oia. I used the pool a few times, and there were only a few people around, so there was always space available. Everything was clean—the staff cleaned the room daily and replenished drinking water every day for free.
The lady at reception was always helpful and answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to pay extra for a second person, even though I had booked the double room for just one.
Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you're visiting Santorini to relax and enjoy the incredible views. The staff also helped me arrange taxis to the port and around the island, and I even managed to save a bit of money. So don’t hesitate to ask for their help—it might end up being cheaper!
Cons: One downside of the island is that, no matter where you go, taxi fares are almost always the same—around €40–45. However, there are buses that run once an hour, which made getting around fairly convenient during the day. Just keep in mind that after 8 PM, the only way to get back to the villa is by taxi."
