"Pros: The hosts were incredibly thoughtful — they sent super detailed directions with maps and photos, which made finding the place really easy. They also gave great tips about the area, like where to eat, where to shop, and even left some water, snacks, tea & coffee, a local map, and sunscreen in the room. So kind and well-prepared! The place has a lovely, open front yard, and the cave-style bathroom was not only clean but also full of character. There’s a small kitchen in the room that’s really well-equipped — perfect if you enjoy cooking your own meals. Hot water comes from solar power, so you can take a nice shower as long as you do it earlier in the day. The bed was super comfy too. It’s about 500 meters from the bus stop, and if you feel like walking, it’s just a bit over a kilometer to Fira. Also, there are some local restaurants nearby where locals eat — delicious food at very good prices. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the kindness and effort the hosts put into everything." ~Anonymous
